Whether you are struggling with anxiety, negative self-image, unfulfilling relationships, or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths, and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.

While I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and couples, I also work with a variety of issues such as perfectionism, guilt, shame, grief, and insomnia. I often work with people in the helping professions (health care professionals, therapists, law enforcement personnel, pastors, and military veterans) to help them process the work-related trauma that is interfering with their lives.
I also offer faith-based therapy for those that want to incorporate their Christian faith into the therapy process.
